EES COVID 19 POLICY
In line with advice provided by Public Health England, Government and the Construction Leadership Council, EES will adopt the following measures and principles during the COVID-19 crisis. These measures will be in place until further notice from EES.
- All design work will be carried out remotely with all staff working from home using EES hardware and software, making use of cloud servers, mobile phones and web conferencing software such as MS Teams or similar.
- EES staff will not attend any meetings in person.
- EES will not attend site for design related matters. By the nature of the design process, design matters will be dealt with remotely making use of third party drawings, photos and web conferencing as necessary. Any design issues will be dealt with from our home office environment where we have full access to our resources.
- EES will not undertake new commissions involving inspections or survey works.
EES takes the view that the Government recommendations are the minimum necessary. We shall undertake to exceed any recommendations in order to reduce risk to EES staff and others.
